1. Who we are

ChinaHerbalMall sells dried botanical products and publishes reference information about them. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean ChinaHerbalMall; "you" means the person placing an order or using the site.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. What we sell

We sell botanical supplements and dried plant material. We do not sell medicines, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Product descriptions, traditional-use information and reference articles are provided for general education. They are not medical advice and do not create a practitioner-patient relationship.

3. Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation. If a product is mispriced or unavailable, we may decline the order and refund any amount already taken.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes levied at destination. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Each provider has its own terms, and by choosing a payment method you accept those terms.

Where a provider acts as merchant of record, that provider is the seller of record for the transaction and handles applicable sales tax or VAT.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell our products as medicines, not to make disease claims about them, and not to use the site to break any law in your jurisdiction.

Some botanicals are regulated or restricted in certain countries. It is your responsibility to check that a product may lawfully be imported where you live.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from use of a product contrary to its label or to advice from a qualified practitioner.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order, and the date at the top of the page records the last change.
