1. 30-day window
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
2. Opened botanicals
Opened dried botanicals and supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This is standard for ingestible products and is not negotiable.
If an opened product is defective — mould, pest damage, contamination, or a clear quality failure — contact us with photographs and we will replace or refund it.
3. Damaged or incorrect orders
Report damage or an incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at your choice.
4. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Bank posting times vary; crypto refunds are issued in the same asset at the value received.
5. Non-refundable items
Gift cards, clearance items marked as final sale, and orders refused at customs are not refundable. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we refund the product value less shipping.
